Returns and Exchange Policy
At Dr Market Store, customer satisfaction is our priority. We adhere to the UAE's Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection.
Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:
- Timeframe: Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
- Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories.
- Non-Returnable Items: Personal care items, software, accessories, consumables, gaming software, storage media, and clearance products are not applicable for exchange.
Process:
- Initiate Request: Contact our customer service with your order number.
- Approval: Receive authorization and instructions.
- Return Shipment: Ship the product back as per provided guidelines.
Refunds:
- Method: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Timeline: Allow 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item.
